Ingredients
- 1 8oz jar Shaka Butter (Cacao is a winner here, but any flavor works)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar, or your preferred sweetener
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and prep a pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Form the dough into 1 inch balls, and use a fork to flatten and cross-hatch each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 min, or until done.
- Cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool entirely.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
