Ingredients

  • 1 8oz jar Shaka Butter (Cacao is a winner here, but any flavor works)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar, or your preferred sweetener

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and prep a pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Form the dough into 1 inch balls, and use a fork to flatten and cross-hatch each cookie.
  4. Bake for 10-12 min, or until done.
  5. Cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool entirely.
  6. Store in a covered container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
