At Shaka Butter, we’re all about spreading good vibes and great flavor. Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns on jars — but we’ll always make things right if something’s off.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items unless there’s a confirmed issue with the product.

Something Not Right?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — first of all, we’re really sorry! Please contact us at hello@eatshakabutter.com within 7 days of delivery with: 1) your order number, 2) a description of the issue, and 3) photo(s) if applicable.

We’ll review it and do our best to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
