Ingredients

  • 4 oz high quality dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Shaka Butter (any flavor works)
  • 3 Tbls almond flour (or peanut butter powder)

Directions

  1. Temper your chocolate.
  2. Fill your chocolate bar mold with half of the chocolate, spreading it around the mold to ensure the bottom and all sides are evenly and thoroughly coated. Allow the chocolate to set.
  3. While the chocolate in the mold is setting, make the filling by mixing the Shaka Butter and nut flour of your choice to create a filing.
  4. Once the mold has set up, press in the filling dough and spread evenly.
  5. Use the remaining tempered chocolate to cover the filling and spread evenly.
  6. Tap to remove air bubbles from the chocolate and allow to fully set. Remove from the silicone mold and enjoy!
