Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cook oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut or toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup Shaka Butter (Espresso brings a special kick here, but any flavor works)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal (or whole seeds if you prefer)
  • A good handful of chocolate chips/chunks (measure with your heart)
  • 1/4-1/3 cup honey, depending on your sweetness preference
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon for extra flair

Directions

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together before adding the dry.
  2. Chill the mixture in your fridge for about 1-2 hours.
  3. Roll into 1-2 tablespoon sized balls
  4. Refrigerate in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
