Ingredients
- 1 cup quick cook oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut or toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup Shaka Butter (Espresso brings a special kick here, but any flavor works)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal (or whole seeds if you prefer)
- A good handful of chocolate chips/chunks (measure with your heart)
- 1/4-1/3 cup honey, depending on your sweetness preference
- 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon for extra flair
Directions
- Mix all wet ingredients together before adding the dry.
- Chill the mixture in your fridge for about 1-2 hours.
- Roll into 1-2 tablespoon sized balls
- Refrigerate in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
